These Terms of Service govern your use of the LittleStars Nest website and your purchase of products from LittleStars Nest. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About LittleStars Nest

LittleStars Nest is a Calgary, Alberta-based baby gifting business offering curated gift boxes and seasonal gifts. Our boxes may contain products manufactured by independent third-party brands. LittleStars Nest provides the curation, presentation, packaging and fulfillment of the overall gift experience.

2. Eligibility to purchase

You must be the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Product information

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly by screen, and handmade or natural items may vary in small ways.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing an affected order.

5. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock limits, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment taken for a cancelled order.

6. Gift messages

Gift messages are printed as you enter them. Please check spelling before you order.

7. Availability and Coming Soon items

Items shown as Coming soon cannot be ordered yet. You can ask to be notified when ordering opens. Joining a notification list is not an order and does not reserve a product.

8. Personalization

Where a product offers personalization, we use the details you provide. Please check names and spellings carefully. Personalized items cannot be changed once production has begun and may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

9. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

10. Returns and cancellations

Returns and cancellations are described in our Returns Policy.

11. Safety

Products are intended for use as described by the manufacturer. Please read all labels and age guidance. Adult supervision is required, and gift items should be inspected before use.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to LittleStars Nest or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LittleStars Nest is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

14. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
