LittleStars Nest ("we", "us") is a baby gift business based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal information when you visit our website, join our email list, or place an order. Our online store is hosted by Shopify.
Information we collect
Contact details (name, email, phone, billing and shipping address); order details, including gift recipient names and gift messages; payment details, which are handled by our payment processor (we never see or store full card numbers); communications with us; and device and usage information (IP address, browser, pages viewed) collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders; to provide customer support; to prevent fraud and keep the store secure; to meet legal and tax obligations; and, with your consent, to send you emails about our launch, new collections and offers. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Email and consent (CASL)
If you sign up for "Notify me" or our newsletter, you agree to receive commercial emails from LittleStars Nest. Every email includes our contact information and an unsubscribe option.
Who we share it with
Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers and delivery partners, email and analytics providers, and other service providers who help us run the store, only as needed for those purposes. Some of these providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where different privacy laws may apply. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for orders, support, tax, legal and security purposes, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No system is perfectly secure.

Under applicable Canadian privacy law you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our store is intended for adults purchasing gifts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
