LittleStars Nest is based in Calgary, Alberta, and specializes in beautifully curated baby gifts, prepared by hand. Our first collection is arriving soon; orders will ship once ordering opens.
Canada-wide shipping
We currently ship within Canada only.
Standard shipping
Standard shipping is C$12 on orders under C$200. Complimentary standard shipping in Canada on orders of C$200 or more before taxes.
Express shipping
Express shipping is available for C$20, where available. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where supported.
Processing time
Orders are generally prepared within 2 to 3 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Seasonal launches and high-volume periods may require additional processing time.
Estimated delivery time
Standard Canadian shipping generally takes approximately 3 to 7 business days after processing, depending on destination. Remote or rural destinations may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Gift orders
Orders may be shipped directly to the gift recipient. Where available, customers may include a complimentary gift message. We do not intentionally include product pricing inside the gift box.
Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you discover an error. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Lost or delayed shipments
Carrier delays may occasionally occur because of weather, peak-season demand, service interruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If you believe your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist with the carrier investigation.
Damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the outer packaging and the affected products. We will review the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution.
Taxes
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable Canadian sales taxes are calculated at checkout.
